Overview
Here at Boden, we collect information on our customers and marketing interactions from the UK, US, Germany and other international markets. As a Marketing Analyst, we need someone to investigate new opportunities for growth and increase efficiency within the business. In this role, you will use data to support the teams across marketing, digital and CRM, with their customer growth and loyalty goals. You will report on campaign performance and identify opportunities as well as ensure the reliability of incrementality and AB testing across marketing.
Location: 3 days per week based at our North Acton Office. What You Will Do
– Support marketing teams with their customer growth and loyalty goals.
– Analyse campaign performance metrics to continuously seek opportunities and insights to drive strategies and find incrementality.
– Provide analysis on marketing performance, considering customer segmentation and ROI to enhance campaign effectiveness.
– Advise on the set-up of incrementality and AB tests, analysing results, and delivering actionable recommendations and next steps.
– Ensure data accuracy and manage the tracking implementation of campaigns. What We Are Looking For
– Strong prior experience working as an analyst.
– Proficiency in SQL and the ability to model/manipulate data.
– Strong Microsoft Excel Skills.
– Experience with incrementality and AB testing preferred, but not essential .
– Digital marketing analysis experience is desired.
– Degree level or equivalent.
– A curious mindset, driving understanding and action.
– Strong communication skills.
– Strong data storytelling skills; able to adapt the level of detail depending on the audience.
– Ability to collaborate across teams.
