Job Description

Junior IT Floorwalker – Entry-Level – £140 per day via Umbrella – 6 Month Contract – Onsite in Leeds – SCC Flex Contract

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to kickstart their career in IT support. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, supporting the IT Asset Management (ITAM) team and broader Back Office operations.

Your responsibilities as the Junior IT Floorwalker:

  • Provide onsite support to end users, assisting with basic IT queries and troubleshooting.
  • Act as a visible and approachable point of contact for IT-related issues on the floor.
  • Support the ITAM team with asset tracking, inventory updates, and general administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with service desk and technical teams to escalate and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.

As a successful Junior IT Floorwalker, you will have:

  • A keen interest in IT and a desire to build a career in technical support or service desk roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
