The Role The External Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for supporting the maintenance of approved supplier and service provider lists. This includes tasks such as running reports to identify suppliers due for requalification, assigning standard settings to materials, and assisting with the scheduling of external audits. Additionally, the role will involve managing updates to the external audit schedule and documentation, ensuring vendor information is accurate, and supporting the team with PQS documentation and client audit preparation. The Specialist will also assist in compiling supplier agreements and coordinating the review and approval process, as well as supporting the retrieval of documentation for risk assessments. ? Key Requirements Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time employment in the UK 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above in English Language and Maths Previous experience working within a regulated quality system ? Further Information The working pattern for this role is a flex pattern between the hours of 07:00 19:00 with core hours of 10:00 16:00.
