Job Introduction
Vacherin are committed to delivering deliciously different experiences, having fun, and conducting business with a social and environmental conscience. We are excited to be recruiting for a Patient Experience Manager to work at a prestigious clinic in the city.
Location: 33 Grosvenor Pl, London SW1X 7HY
Rate of Pay : £35,000 per annum
Working Pattern : 40 hours per week, 4 over 7 days , shift time usually 8am – 18:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Brief all team members regarding day-to-day food and service quality standards to ensure that all food service caregivers are providing the highest quality standards.
- Continually monitor the service and food provided to the pantry and to the patients is first class quality, give feedback to the Chefs and Food Services Manager regarding the food and service delivery.
- Ensure full briefings are given to all team members regarding menu changes, special patient requirements, training needs and personal development.
- Provide effective day-to-day performance management to all Food Service caregivers providing feedback received from patients and clinical staff and helping come to a resolve if a required.
- To attend to and respond to patient feedback and comments both in written and verbal form.
- To produce daily and weekly reports on patient experience accordingly.
