Hyde is looking to recruit a New Homes Sales Negotiator.
Hyde is one of the UK’s leading and award-winning providers of affordable homes in London, the South-East and surrounding areas. We provide and manage 50,000 homes to over 100,000 customers. Our ethos is simple, by providing customers with a safe and decent home it allows them to realise their potential, enjoy their environment and contribute to their community.
As a Sales Negotiator, you will undertake the marketing and subsequent sale of The Hyde Group\’s shared ownership and outright sale housing activities by delivering a proactive and tailored customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all homes are sold or let within the agreed marketing period.
- Set up, coordinate and attend viewings of all our schemes, as well as open days/evenings.
- Prepare completion of sale packs and arrange to meet buyers at their new homes to handover keys and introduce them to workings of the home and development.
- Closely monitor the progress of sales terminating offers where appropriate and take action as necessary to ensure sales targets are achieved reducing the financial risk to the Group.
- Regularly update sales progress reports.
- Provide competitor analysis reports and any other reporting information that may be required.
- Prepare and distribute accurate pre-sale price lists within the agreed timeframe set out for approval by the Sales Manager.
- Identify and resolve problems on purchases, advising buyers and solicitors accordingly.
Skills and Experience Required
- New Homes experience as a Sales Executive, Consultant or Negotiator
- 9am-5pm Tuesday to Saturday working week
- Guaranteed Sundays and Monday off
- Paid commission up to £10,000 per annum
- Life assurance
- 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays
(additional 1 day annual leave with each year of service up to 30 days)
