Job Description

Role: Business Change Project Manager

Location: Manchester (Hybrid, 2 days onsite)

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + Bonus

Are you a Business Change Project Manager ready to drive major transformation across one of the UK's most recognisable insurance firms? This is a rare opportunity to join a mature, people-led change function delivering impact at scale.

The Role:

You'll lead end-to-end delivery of business change projects covering process optimisation, technology rollouts, compliance and culture change. Partnering with internal teams and external suppliers, you'll develop robust plans, mitigate risks, and ensure that new ways of working are embedded successfully.

Our client is a national insurance provider with a reputation for innovation and employee wellbeing. With significant investment in modernising operations, this is a high-impact role with full support from senior leadership and a strong internal change team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in business change or transformation roles
  • Experience delivering regulatory, operational or systems-led change
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
  • Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR)
  • Familiar with Agile or hybrid delivery methods

Desirable:

  • Background in insurance or financial services
  • Formal project/change management qualifications
