You MUST Have:

  • Previous experience in a school office setting.
  • Proficient in SIMS (School Information Management System) this is essential.
  • Excellent administrative and IT skills.
  • Strong communication and time-management abilities.
  • A calm, professional approach under pressure.
  • A current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing student data, attendance, and registers using SIMS.
  • Reception duties – answering phones and welcoming visitors.
  • Supporting general admin: emails, letters, photocopying, filing.
  • Coordinating school communications and supporting events.
  • Upholding safeguarding and confidentiality at all times.
