Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major distributor groups.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager (BDM) team to lead engagements with Strategic Partners (SPs).
  • Develop tailored account business plans to enhance our Strategic Partner function.
  • Work closely with Client Services and Marketing to ensure optimal support for key clients.
  • Provide select SPs with up-to-date, relevant information in a timely manner.
  • Collate and deliver product information and data as required by SPs.
  • Manage event logistics, including presentation materials, slide decks, and attendee coordination.
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure accurate and timely communications and event planning.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with SPs regarding legacy and current investments.
  • Foster strong relationships within the investment sector, including competitors.

Experience, Skills & Attributes

  • Exceptional client relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships while delivering outstanding service.
  • Experience in face-to-face client meetings and presenting at events.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of (or interest in) the tax-efficient investment space is desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrable experience in financial services relationship management.
  • Track record of managing strategic/key accounts.
  • Proficiency in CRM and MI systems.
  • A customer-centric approach with a drive to deliver excellence.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
  • Growth-focused attitude, with ambition for personal and company success.
  • Event planning and marketing experience (e.g., presentation prep, speaker notes, collateral).
