Job Description
A leading B-Corp independent media agency are on the hunt for their next Planning Director. They're highly values lead and have two firm beliefs; a challenger mentality and taking pride in working as genuine partners with their clients. They believe that in an ever-changing media landscape it is important to have a clear minded focus of making brands more meaningful to their consumers.
The clients you will be working across are consumer-facing and work in crowded markets where they need to stand out. They have entrusted their agency to innovate and help rapidly grow brand awareness and sales. They are highly progressive embracing both digital and offline channels.
Key thing to note: this agency don't have a separate strategy team, so as a comms planning unit, this team both build both media strategy and campaign focused comms plans ensuring that this is a role that will turbo-charge your development as a strategic media planner enabling you to rapidly grow and take on more responsibility.
About the opportunity:
- Managing 3 key clients, projects and delivering first-class service through delivering quality, innovative media solutions.
- Creating industry-leading communication (media) plans in order to meet client business targets
- Evaluate campaign performance and continually optimize client’s communications plans
- Take ownership and oversee Account Executive(s) to deliver tasks with total accuracy
- Working collaboratively with specialist activation teams
