Job Description
Project Engineer – 11kv, 33kv
Salary – £50,000 / £70,000 + 10% Bonus
Location – Bristol, Remote and UK Travel (Paid For)
We’re partnering with a forward-thinking HV Green Energy Solutions provider that’s expanding its Bristol team following several key project wins supporting the UK’s Net Zero transition. ⚡️ Their focus is on strengthening the grid and enabling cleaner, more reliable power across the country.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer with 11kV or 33kv experience to join a collaborative and fast-growing environment. You’ll work on projects involving Wind, Energy Storage, Solar, Biogas, and EV infrastructure, supporting DNOs, IDNOs, ICPs, and energy investors. 🚀
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of electrical infrastructure projects up to 33kV.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities under senior guidance.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to maintain project timelines and quality.
- Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and engineering standards.
- Contribute to project design and documentation using AutoCAD and related tools.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Some hands-on experience with electrical systems up to 11kV/33kv (ideally within HV/LV infrastructure or renewables).
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with project coordination or engineering processes.
- Keen interest in building a long-term career in HV or renewable energy projects.
