Job Title: Talent Manager – Beauty, Fashion & Comedy Creators
Location: London, Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: £32k + great comms
Our client is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly organized Talent Manager to join their team and manage a roster of digital creators in the beauty, fashion, and music verticals. This role involves managing creator relationships, driving brand partnerships, and supporting creators’ growth across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary point of contact for a roster of creators in beauty, fashion, and music
- Sign & onboard your own talent
- Guide overall creator strategy including content planning, platform growth, and brand positioning
- Manage day-to-day creator needs including scheduling, brand communications, and long-term planning
- Secure and negotiate brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborative opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with creators, brand partners, and platforms
- Assist in content ideation, PR planning, and cross-platform growth strategies
- Identify, pitch, and secure brand opportunities that align with each creator’s voice and niche
- Serve as the liaison between creators and brands/agencies from brief to final delivery
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience working within a talent agency
- Proven experience working with content creators within a similar industry
- Strong track record of securing and negotiating successful brand deals
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proven track record of securing opportunities and negotiating contracts for talent in TV and Radio projects
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex deal structures and agreements
