Job Description

Senior HR Manager, Northern Europe – International Not for Profit – London with hybrid – c£61,000

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join an established international not for profit organisation.

Reporting into the Head of HR you will be responsible for providing an HR service to the North Europe region as well as supporting the delivery of strategic objectives. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Building and managing effective relationships with key stakeholders across the region
  • Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of employment policies and standardised processes globally
  • Advising managers on employment legislation and managing employee relations issues
  • Managing and improving recruitment processes across the region
  • Identifying, designing and delivering HR related workshops
  • Overseeing the payroll across the region and working with the outsources payroll provider
  • Working on ad-hoc HR projects and working collaboratively with the broader HR team

You should be an experienced HR Manager with a track record of supporting colleagues based in countries across Northern Europe. A strong knowledge of HR best practice needs to include experience of improving HR processes, overseeing payroll and working with external providers. A good knowledge of employment legislation in Northern Europe and of developing HR policies internationally would be real advantage. Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential.
