About The Role

We’re currently seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Finance Business Partner to join our high-performing Finance team. This is a critical role supporting key financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes that underpin strategic decision-making across the business.

As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will:

  • Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts.

  • Own and deliver the monthly executive reporting pack (SLT/ELT level).

  • Take full ownership of gross margin-related balance sheet reconciliations.

  • Support annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting cycles.

  • Deliver forward-looking financial analysis and insights that drive commercial performance.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to translate financial data into strategic action, helping to improve margins and business performance.

  • Promote a culture of integrity, ethical standards, and food safety throughout your work.

About You

Essential:

  • Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).

  • Proven experience in FP&A roles, with a strong focus on gross margin and commercial analysis.

  • Excellent analytical skills with a forward-thinking mindset.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management experience across all levels of the business.

Desirable:

  • Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or fresh produce environments.
