Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on leadership role, you\’ll:

Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
Train and support your team to deliver consistent, on-spec dishes
Manage rotas, stock ordering, and health & safety effectively
Control your GPs and margins to meet targets
Deliver exceptional food quality and presentation
