Summary of the role
We are seeking an ambitious HubSpot Consultant to join our growing agency.There are three core responsibilities for this role:
1) assist our B2B technology clients in reaching their commercial goals using HubSpot. This includes leading data migrations, advising on integration needs, and carrying out portal audits and implementing improvements.
2) support the internal team by recommending HubSpot best practices and keeping up-to-date with the latest HubSpot functionalities.
3) lead our Partnered Scale Onboarding (PSO) program and expand it by eventually adding more team members.
The ideal candidate will have the technical know-how of HubSpot and the creativeability to craft solutions and choose appropriate tactics to deliver on the set direction.Experience working with HubSpot is a mustas you\’llbe required to help with consulting and onboarding clients on HubSpot.
You will be proactive, seeing the client as an extension of our team. Never settling for average, you will always seek the best results as you immerse yourself in their performance and the market.
For the Senior HubSpot Consultant role, the following skills are essential:
Advanced Proficiency with HubSpot: Deep understanding of HubSpot\’s tools and functionalities, including CRM, marketing automation, sales, and service hubs.
Client Management: Experience in managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Data Analysis: Strong skills in analysing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Problem-Solving: Creative and strategic thinking to develop effective solutions for clients\’ needs.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with clients and team members.
Adaptability: Ability to stay updated with the latest HubSpot features and adapt strategies accordingly.
Team Leadership: Experience in leading and mentoring a team, especially in scaling programs like the PSO. Happy, upbeat, can-do attitude and resilience.

Advanced HubSpot experience
A minimum of 2-3 years of digital in-house or marketing agency experience
