Triton Recruitment are working with West Yorkshires premier food manufacturer. We are looking for a Nights Line Leader from a FMCG Background, preferably food. The shift pattern is 6:00pm-6:00 am Week 1 Mon Tue Fri Sat Week 2 Sun Weds Thurs The working hours are 18:00 06:00 Working the below over a two week period WEEK 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, WEEK 2 – Wednesday, Thursday Key Responsibilities: Lead by example at all times Ensure all Work is carried out safely Keep your work area to the required GMP standard Ensure production targets are met for output, changeovers, hygiene, giveaway etc. Carry out specific trained tasks changeovers, allergen cleans, for multiple areas. Work with Shift Manager/ Supervisor to ensure your team are trained and capable. Ensure an effective handover is completed with oncoming co-ordinator, and the line is at standard at handover.
