PURPOSE

This Associate Product Manager role sits within the International Digital Solutions team. Working on the
boarding and billing solutions for the Global Payments eCommerce payment gateway, the Boarding &
Billing product team delivers crucial billing, reporting, and boarding functions for all eCommerce
gateway products and services. As an Associate Product Manager, you will:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Owner of the commercial and strategic development of the Boarding & Billing domain (including Boarding API, Billing events service, and configuration tools) in relation to market needs and business strategy
  2. Manage and maintain the boarding API to deliver an autoboarding experience for all regions served
  3. Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for suppliers/products throughout the life cycle
  4. Plan, develop, and execute new products and features, customizations, or upgrades. Overall ownership extends throughout the life cycle, including but not limited to concept, business case, design, requirements, stakeholder engagement, sales and marketing plans, pilot, fulfillment, launch, and live
  5. Drive efficiencies in boarding processes and identify areas for improvement
  6. Develop strategy for billing reporting and key MI data

COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS or ABILITIES / BEHAVIOUR)

● Bachelor\’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field, or comparable training and experience.

● 1-3 years relevant experience in a technology or software environment in an Analyst role.

Payments industry experience is a plus but not required.
