We are currently recruiting a Service Owner to support various delivery tasks related to the social enterprise’s projects. We seek an individual who is passionate, hands-on, and capable of multitasking.

Experience: 3 years of prior experience in the profession is essential.
Skills and competencies: Proven track record of delivering successful services in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum for Trello. Familiarity with project management tools, such as Jira.
What will you be doing?
As a Service Owner, you will manage and consult with internal and external stakeholders (clients) to define the service vision and strategy, ensuring a smooth lifecycle.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and threats.
Develop and manage the service backlog, prioritizing features and user stories based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
Lead procurement activities.
Develop metrics and produce performance reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and to provide ongoing guidance. This includes capturing, documenting, and communicating requirements.
Map business processes (e.g., flowcharts) to document key processes.
Support user acquisition and engagement through effective positioning, messaging, and feature development.
The role involves working with the delivery and administration teams. Hours and days are flexible.
