Job Description

En tant que Business Manager CT France, vous prendrez la tête d\’une équipe de spécialistes vente par modalité, en mettant en œuvre la stratégie marketing et commerciale pour la catégorie CT (tomodensitométrie) en France.

Vous contribuerez à bâtir un avenir plus sain et plus équitable en répondant aux défis complexes liés à l’évolution constante des besoins en santé et bien-être.

Ce poste fait partie de l’équipe de direction d’Imagerie France.

Vos missions :

  • DĂ©velopper et exĂ©cuter un plan de croissance pour l’activitĂ© CT en France, en collaboration avec l’équipe de direction rĂ©gionale.

  • AccroĂ®tre les ventes via des canaux en ligne et hors ligne.

  • Mobiliser l’organisation commerciale France pour promouvoir les produits, solutions et services auprès des clients.

  • Collaborer avec les responsables commerciaux nationaux et rĂ©gionaux pour dĂ©finir les stratĂ©gies de nĂ©gociation et gĂ©rer les escalades clients.

  • Fournir des retours clients locaux Ă  l’équipe Business rĂ©gionale.

  • Piloter la performance des Ă©quipes de spĂ©cialistes commerciaux.

  • Lancer les nouveaux produits (NPI) et soutenir les actions marketing en lien avec le Hub Marketing.

  • Coordonner la gestion du cycle de vie des produits, y compris pour la base installĂ© et pour le support des produits en fin de vie EOL.

  • ĂŠtre un partenaire clĂ© des Ă©quipes produits et rĂ©gionales pour concevoir et affiner l’offre de solutions autour du portefeuille CT et soutenir sa mise en Ĺ“uvre en France.

  • Soutenir les Ă©quipes marketing en fournissant des retours clients et des tendances marchĂ©, en rĂ©visant les propositions de valeur, les plans de lancement locaux, et en adaptant les supports Ă  la France.

Vous atouts pour réussir:

  • ExpĂ©rience professionnelle d’au moins 8 ans dans l’industrie, avec un diplĂ´me d\’ingĂ©nieur biomedical ou Ă©quivalent.

  • Une expĂ©rience dans le domaine du CT est un atout.

  • ExpĂ©rience confirmĂ©e en management senior, de prĂ©fĂ©rence dans diffĂ©rents pays ou marchĂ©s, avec une bonne connaissance des produits et services concernĂ©s.

  • MaĂ®trise des processus marketing et expĂ©rience avancĂ©e en marketing technologique dans les secteurs B2C/santĂ©, y compris la crĂ©ation de propositions de valeur personnalisĂ©es pour des clients ou marchĂ©s spĂ©cifiques.

  • Connaissance approfondie du secteur des systèmes de santĂ© en France et capacitĂ© Ă  construire des relations efficaces dans une organisation matricielle.

  • CapacitĂ© Ă  fĂ©dĂ©rer les Ă©quipes autour d’objectifs communs, Ă  mobiliser les ressources au-delĂ  des structures hiĂ©rarchiques, et Ă  s’engager pleinement dans le cadre du Philips Business System.

  • Leadership affirmĂ©, capacitĂ© Ă  motiver, encadrer et diriger une Ă©quipe, tout en valorisant la diversitĂ©.
