About the Team:
You\’ll join our friendly four-person Corporate HR Cost Controlling team. They\’re the financial guardians of L\’Oréal, making sure money is spent wisely on our people. This is a very financially-focused role, giving you a strong foundation in business finance. We work closely with finance and HR teams across the company.
What You\’ll Do:
- Manage budgets: Keep track of how much we spend on our people, especially external staff. This involves a lot of financial analysis and planning.
- Predict spending: Use financial forecasting techniques to estimate future costs.
- Analyse data: Dive deep into financial data, find trends, and explain what\’s happening. You\’ll become a pro at using spreadsheets and financial reports.
- Create reports: Become a reporting whiz using systems like SAP and Compass (we\’ll train you!). These reports will be used for key financial decisions.
- Present findings: Confidently share your financial insights with different teams, explaining complex data in a simple way.
- Work on special projects: Contribute to other finance-related projects, like analysing costs for employees working abroad.

You\’ll collaborate with HR and finance teams across L\’Oréal, including our international team in Madrid.
