The Role
At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well,” and we can’t do that without our specialist teams.
We’re currently seeking a Supervisor for our new store in Solihull, opening Summer 2025!
This is a 40-hour contract. Candidates must be flexible to work across weekdays, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
What you will be doing
The Supervisor plays a key role in the store’s leadership, coaching and motivating the sales team to exceed targets, maximize KPIs, and deliver excellent customer service. You will foster a professional and enjoyable store environment, promote a winning mentality, and champion colleague engagement by leading by example. The Supervisor will also be an expert in CT products, customer service, and sales skills, providing training and encouraging staff development.
Additionally, you will assist with operational, compliance, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth store operations, adhering to company policies, health and safety guidelines, and security procedures.
