About the role
Are you a motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, business-to-business environment? Join us as a Customer Support Representative in Darlington. You will help our customers stay legally compliant with services like MOTs and vehicle servicing.
As part of our team, you will share our values and work collaboratively to achieve KPIs. With a proactive approach, you will handle a wide range of customer requests, providing effective solutions and maintaining high service standards. This is an outbound customer service role, requiring excellent request management and stakeholder communication skills.
