Executive Assistant & Office Manager

Newbury (Hybrid: Mon, Tue, Thu in office / Wed & Fri from home)

Are you a natural organiser, calendar wizard, and multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
We’re on the lookout for an Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support our CEO, CFO, and COO – the core of our C-Suite – while also keeping our offices in Newbury and Cwmbran running like clockwork.

This is more than just diary management and booking travel (though you’ll be brilliant at that too!) – you’ll be a trusted right hand, a problem-solver, and a friendly face across the business. Plus, you’ll play a key role in planning events and making sure our office spaces are safe, productive, and great places to work.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the busy diaries, travel plans, and meeting schedules of our C-Suite
  • Acting as a key point of contact and trusted gatekeeper for our executive team
  • Overseeing our offices in Newbury and Cwmbran – from supplies and services to Health & Safety compliance
  • Coordinating with our H&S consultants to ensure our spaces are compliant and secure
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of events and exec-level meetings
  • Creating a warm, professional, and smooth-running office experience for all

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as an EA supporting senior leadership
  • Confident managing multiple calendars, time zones, and travel logistics
  • Experience running or supporting an office environment
  • Proactive, organised and comfortable with change
  • A great communicator – calm, clear and positive under pressure
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked on events or with multi-site offices
