Are you interested in learning a new profession, gaining skills, and launching your career with the UK’s leading home improvement retailer?
Do you have plumbing qualifications and want to establish yourself as a Bathroom Installer through an apprenticeship?
We’re recruiting for our 18-month programme, offering a unique opportunity within the trade sector, combining life and trade skills with mentoring support. On completion, you will receive a nationally recognized qualification (Level 2 Fitted Interiors).
Wickes works with over 2000 installers across the UK. The apprenticeship can open doors to many career opportunities in the industry, including the potential to set up your own business.
During your apprenticeship, you will work alongside a Wickes Approved Installer, installing Wickes bathrooms into customers’ homes. This provides valuable practical experience in a real working environment.
The formal training will be delivered by our approved training provider, WEBS, an established independent provider with over 50 years of experience in the furniture manufacturing sector. The training focuses on bathroom fitting, customer service, behavior, and setting up your own business.
You will have a personal training officer and support from your Line Manager to help plan your future after completing the apprenticeship.
