Candidate must have experience with Windows 11.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • 8+ years’ experience in customer service and support of Windows Operating Systems in a global enterprise environment, including software and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Experience with technologies such as AD, DNS, Exchange, and Citrix.
  • 6+ years of experience with Configuration Management, MDM, and Deployment methods using SCCM and Intune.
  • Basic experience with troubleshooting and working with Apple devices is an added advantage.
  • Experience with deployment methods including inventory control, security baselining, patching, software, and application deployments.
  • Knowledge of Windows 11 new features, feature updates, and industry best practices.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Patching Cycles & Policies (e.g., WSUS, Win10 Update Rings).
  • Knowledge of emerging enterprise technologies such as Azure, Intune, Windows Analytics, Autopilot.
  • Understanding of Office 365 or Microsoft 365 technologies and client support or project interactions.
  • Active technical certifications are an asset.
  • ITIL Foundation and Agile experience are required.
