Are you an Indirect Procurement Manager with experience in business partnering and delivering complex end-to-end sourcing projects across the HR & Professional Services category?
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop a Greenfield Procurement function alongside a newly appointed Head of Procurement for a PE-backed firm.
Role:
Key to your success will be developing key stakeholder relationships with HR, Finance, and Operations, positioning Procurement as a \”value-add\” business partner. You will drive commercial value across a broad range of business-critical Indirect Procurement projects, supporting the organisation\’s ambitious growth plan.
You will need to:
- Be commercially astute, financially literate, and legally competent to negotiate contracts
- Have strong influencing skills and leadership, with the gravitas to negotiate credibly with suppliers and engage with the executive management team
- Be results-driven with a track record of achievement and adaptable in adversity
Experience:
- HR & Professional Services Procurement & Category Management experience
- Skills to influence and drive effective change in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation, tenacity, and a focus on delivery
- Gravitas and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
