Are you a solutions orientated and resourceful administrator with a passion for delivering exceptional executive support? Do you thrive within a varied and busy role, taking a proactive approach?
We\’re on the lookout for a professionally curious, empathetic and confident individual to support our Chief Executive and Executive Team for a one year fixed term role; an exciting opportunity to use and develop your administrative, organisational, writing and research skills.
About the Role
You will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chief Executive and Executive Team at mhs homes. As first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will meet their needs with a warm and friendly approach.
With proven experience in organisation and administration, you will be responsible for diary management, scheduling and minuting of meetings and events, researching, drafting and proofreading reports and presentations, and leading on the provision of fair and professional responses to customer complaints and other correspondence.
