On behalf of our client – a highly respected UK law firm with a collaborative, client-focused culture- we're recruiting for a (Senior) BD & Client Services Executive to join their growing Business Development & Marketing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across multiple practice groups, shaping BD initiatives and supporting the delivery of strategic client programmes. The successful candidate will play an integral role in helping embed a client-first culture, while providing hands-on support with key projects and BD activity.
Whether you're an experienced Executive ready for a step up, or already operating at Senior Exec level, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape client development strategy and contribute to firmwide growth.
?? Please note: Candidates must be within a commutable distance to Guildford, with at least two days per week in the office.
?? Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with BD & Client Services Managers and partners to deliver strategic BD plans
- Support the development of pitches, tenders, and proposals across a variety of legal services
- Coordinate client segmentation and key client development frameworks
- Run structured feedback and client listening programmes to inform strategic actions
- Support CRM usage and reporting (InTapp DealCloud)
- Develop tailored sales collateral and cross-practice campaign materials
- Assist with legal directory submissions, client events, and horizon scanning
- Act as a champion for client-first thinking across all BD and marketing activity
