THE ROLE
We have a vacancy for a Senior Associate Solicitor to join a leading real estate team
You will be based in the London office, working for one of the largest specialist agricultural property teams in the UK
The work is broad ranging and will cover high-level Real Estate work ;
Advising owners of landed estates, investors, educational and charitable institutions
Advising on and handling investment sales/purchases and development projects, the sale and purchase of agricultural land, farms, and estates
Agricultural and business tenancies
Refinancing transactions for landowners and businesses operating in the rural sector.
THE CANDIDATE
You will have a solid Real Estate background gained working for a large regional or City law firm
You will be looking to develop a long-term career handling agricultural property work in a firm offering long term career development and support
