In‐House ParalegalWe are currently working with a fast‐paced, international business to recruit an In‐House Paralegal / Legal Advisor to join their headquarters in London.

This is a full‐time, office‐based position (5 days per week) and would suit a proactive legal professional with 6–12 months\’ in‐house experience who is eager to develop their skills and gain hands‐on experience across multiple jurisdictions. This opportunity also brings scope to train and qualify in‐house!

The Role:As part of a busy in‐house legal function, you will provide legal advice and hands‐on support across multiple international regions. The role is broad and commercially focused, covering contract review, compliance, dispute support and GDPR matters. You will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across the business, helping to manage risk while enabling informed commercial decision‐making.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts

Develop and apply an in‐depth knowledge of the supply chain and key terms, both legal and commercial, when negotiating client agreements

Work closely with key stakeholders and internal teams such as sales, marketing, finance and others to facilitate, negotiate and finalise transactions

Advise the sales team on international compliance matters

Provide clear, practical legal advice to colleagues across the business

Play a key role in managing legal risk and guiding strategic decisions

Assist with commercial litigation and dispute management

Support with legal projects and other higher‐level matters as required

About You:

Law degree (or equivalent legal qualification)

6–12 months\’ experience in another in‐house team

Confident working independently and managing competing priorities

Strong attention to detail with a methodical, process‐driven approach

Experience supporting international operations

Language skills (German, French or Dutch) – advantageous but not essential
