Job Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join our team in Belfast. This is a full-time permanent position based at our customer\’s distribution centre in Belfast, offering a rate of pay of £25,389 per annum.
The successful candidate will manage stock accuracy levels, work with the team to meet KPIs, and perform weekly supervision with each team member. They will also be required to communicate well, both written and verbally, and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Responsibilities
- Manage stock accuracy levels within the depot and stock loaded into trailers against drivers\’ paperwork.
- Check the accuracy of incoming deliveries.
- Ensure your own and the team\’s KPIs are met.
- Perform and document weekly supervision with each team member.
- Monitor audit data to provide performance feedback to each team member regarding output and error rates.
Requirements
- Ability to add and subtract without the use of a calculator.
- Able to actively respond to both verbal instructions and audible warning devices.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Must be aged 18 years and over.
