What we do. Electric Car Leasing Why we do it. Greener. Fairer. Future. We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist who can help us deliver our mission to make it seamless for individuals and businesses to transition to zero-carbon driving.

This customer-facing role will focus on executing and improving our existing processes, ensuring customers have delightful, memorable experiences. As things move fast at OEV, your input will help shape how we interact with customers at all stages of their journey.

We are growing rapidly with a focus on scalability while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This is an early junior hire into the Ops team, offering lots to do and opportunities to influence our service and develop your skills. Over time, you will support building the customer experience team as we hire more Operations Specialists. This role will be based out of our London or Brighton office 3 days a week.

What you\’ll do

  1. Collaborate with the customer experience team and other departments to ensure the best experience during every interaction.
  2. Manage customer journeys from contracting to car delivery and after, escalating issues when needed.
  3. Provide feedback on service processes and systems, proposing improvements based on your experience.
  4. Problem solve to ensure a smooth transition for customers and remove blockers.
  5. Assist in planning for growth in customers and the team, contributing where necessary.

  1. No prior knowledge of EVs or the automotive industry is required.
  2. A passion for problem solving and delivering excellent customer experiences.
  3. Experience working independently and in a team.
  4. A curious eye for detail and examples of process improvements.
  5. Ability to finish tasks thoroughly and operate effectively.
