Main Responsibilities:

  • Communicating and delivering presentations, representing the insight team at internal events, and being an ambassador for the brand
  • Managing and overseeing client or syndicated projects from proposal to delivery
  • Planning and managing team capacity, matching tasks to capacity, availability, and expertise

Skills & Experience:

  • Delivered applied data science projects end-to-end; clearly communicated vision across stakeholders and product functions
  • Provided team mentorship, constructive feedback, and career support; led fine-tuning and deployment of AI models
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, ETL, and cloud; deployed LLMs with vector search at production scale
