Due to expanding our services to the local community, we are currently seeking a part-time evening Receptionist with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the team at our busy Frinton Dental Clinic based in Essex.

During your induction period, you will have the opportunity to receive further training and development to get signed off as a Patient Coordinator, offering a great opportunity to progress and develop your skills. This will be discussed in more detail during the interview process.

About You

You will be patient orientated with a focus on delivering excellence in all areas of the patient life-cycle. You must be reliable and punctual with a warm and welcoming manner. Customer service experience is essential, and experience working within dental/medical/health care or a sales-focused environment would be highly beneficial.

The main duties will include:

  • Answering phones, responding to email enquiries, greeting patients
  • Booking and managing dentist day lists and diary appointments
  • Completing non-clinical tasks and ensuring an accurate filing management system is maintained
  • Providing excellent patient, colleague, and management journeys
  • Adherence to dental regulatory and clinical administration guidelines
