- Performing regular checks and audits on meat and non‑meat ingredients (GMP, traceability, fabrication etc.) in order to monitor compliance with food safety requirements and prepare the necessary reports
- Calibrating scales, temperature probes and other measuring devices
- Collecting micro samples, water samples and environmental swabs
- Monitoring production lines to ensure product safety, quality and compliance with customer’s requirements
- Co‑ordinating and taking part in daily taste panels and logging results into excel spreadsheet
- Auditing production documentation and procedures in place for foreign body controls including glass & hard plastic audit
