Job Title: Qualified Nursery Practitioner Level 3
Location: Bognor Regis
Salary: Annual salary of £22,737 (pro rata)
Hours: Monday: 9am – 6pm
Tuesday: 7:30am – 5pm
Thursday: Day Off
Friday: 8am – 5pm
The role is open to a job share if needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality learning, development, and care activities that meet the individual needs of children.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress and achievements.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure the nursery is a safe and stimulating environment for children.
- Adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- A recognised childcare Level 3 qualification.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience working within Early Years.
