We are searching for a Technology Adoption Lead to drive the adoption and effective use of technology across our client’s organisation, significantly enhancing productivity and collaboration. This is a new and pivotal role, requiring a forward-thinking individual to lay the foundation for a transformative digital culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the organisation’s current technological landscape and goals.
- Recruit and coordinate a network of volunteer Digital Leaders throughout the business.
- Collaborate with employees across departments to understand their technology needs and challenges.
- Design and deliver engaging training materials and resources to upskill staff in using M365 and other relevant technologies.
- Conduct training sessions in person, via Teams, and through innovative formats, such as lunch-and-learn sessions, newsletters, and interactive PowerPoint presentations.
- Promote the Digital Adoption Team’s services, ensuring visibility across the business via intranet updates and other internal communication channels.
- Establish processes for managing and prioritising requests to the Digital Adoption Team, ensuring efficient handling of tasks and identifying larger demands suitable for project development.
