No history background? No problem. What is important to us is a passion for people and excellent customer service. You will enjoy working with others as part of a team and understand what makes excellent customer service to deliver great quality through our food and unique settings.

This is a part-time role working a minimum of 16 hours per week from April to October, and then switching to a zero-hour contract from November to March.
As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will help to serve food and drinks from the best of regional and local produce at Kenwood House working as part of a team to support the day-to-day operations. Duties may vary depending on the day, but you can expect to be:
– Taking, preparing and serving food and drink orders. Making coffee.
– Assisting with food service from our kitchen
– Providing exceptional customer service
– Ensuring a perfect standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout
About You
To be a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will:
– understand what makes excellent customer service and enjoy delivering this to our customers
– be able to engage in a positive way with people from all backgrounds
– enjoy working as a team
Experience of working in a food and beverage role and an awareness of food safety and allergens would help but it isn\’t essential as full training will be provided. For us, it\’s more important that you have bags of enthusiasm and a willingness to get involved.
