Job Summary: Join TazzerGroup as a Property Management Services Manager and oversee the strategic management and operational excellence of our property portfolio. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Property Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive property management strategies aligned with TazzerGroup’s objectives.
- Optimize property performance through effective tenant relations, lease management, and property maintenance.
Operational Oversight
- Supervise day-to-day property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.
- Ensure all properties meet regulatory compliance and uphold safety standards.
Tenant And Client Relations
- Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, property owners, and stakeholders.
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and lease negotiations effectively.
Financial Management
- Manage property budgets, financial forecasts, and expenditure control.
- Monitor rent collection, expenses, and financial reporting.
Team Leadership And Development
- Lead and mentor a team of property management professionals.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance management to achieve operational objectives.
