The team
Our highly regarded national pensions team, with a strong presence in Milton Keynes, Birmingham, Manchester, the Thames Valley, and Solent, offers high-quality advice and support. We handle a range of occupational pension schemes, both defined benefit and contribution, from £1m to over £2 billion, primarily serving trustees, large corporates, public bodies, SMEs, charities, and trade unions.
We value tailored, practical advice and recognize each scheme\’s uniqueness. The PQE suggested is a guide and not restrictive.
The role
We seek an experienced Pensions lawyer (5+ years PQE) to join our team. The role offers flexibility in location across our offices and involves working on advisory support, project work, risk transfer projects, and drafting deeds and documents. The candidate should be able to manage their workload, support junior team members, and stay current with pensions law. We welcome applications from those seeking part-time or flexible arrangements.
