About the role…
Head Office – Thorne (DN8) ¦ Full-time
Be the front line of our OEM performance. As an OEM Digital Sales Coordinator, you\’ll manage and qualify inbound digital enquiries while protecting brand standards and driving key manufacturer KPIs — from lead response times to appointment conversion and mystery shop results.
This is a head-office role supporting our dealer network and OEM partners, ensuring every enquiry is handled compliantly, consistently, and professionally.

- Automotive, sales, or dealership experience (preferred, not essential)
- Confidence in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
