Location: The Bay Colwell, Isle of Wight
Hours: 32 hours – Fixed Term per hour
What we are looking for
We need someone who will keep our grounds of the holiday park in tip-top condition and looking spectacular.

What you’ll be doing
You will report to the Grounds & Maintenance Manager, working to required timescales, with a professional and friendly attitude. You will be out and about on the park, so will encounter our guests at all times.
- Ensuring all work is finished to the highest standards.
- Operating machinery from ride-on mowers to shears. You must be safe and aware of your surroundings at all times.
- Cutting grass, trimming bushes, planting & tending to flower beds, etc.
Holidays happen at holiday times, so you’ll need to work on bank holidays and weekends too.
Skills, experience, and qualities you’ll need
We’ll provide training, but you must:
- Have previous experience and a love of gardening.
- Be able to work on a shift pattern including weekends.
- Hold a full UK Driving License.
