Compensation and Benefits

Training and Onboarding
Your journey begins with a week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, which includes:
- Purpose-built training location
- Industry-leading training sessions
- Day-to-day learning from industry experts
- Fully-paid hotel accommodation in Colchester during training
- A second week of training within the first 5-6 weeks of employment
Role Responsibilities
As a Sales Adviser, you will:
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly business targets
- Manage valuation generation activities using the Spicerhaart Ways
- Proactively communicate valuation opportunities via ROSIE software
- Fulfill call-out campaigns for properties for sale
- Prepare for and participate in morning meetings with updates on valuation pipeline
- Lead door-knocking and canvassing strategies, tracking leads and opportunities
- Engage in regular 1:1 meetings for coaching and business development
- Manage portal opportunities via Rightmove and On The Market
- Respond to intranet leads daily
- Communicate frequently with Local Owner to Sell (LOTS) customers
- Generate referral business through excellent customer engagement
- Participate in local canvassing activities and build your personal brand through social media
- Handle inbound calls, fulfilling applicant registrations and identifying sales opportunities
- Seek and encourage reviews to build brand and personal reputation
