Job Description:
The purpose of our Structural Heart business is to restore health and improve quality of life through the design and provision of device and management solutions for the treatment of structural heart disease.
As our business grows, we are looking to expand our sales team with an additional (Senior) Territory Manager for our Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) portfolio across the North West of England.
What you’ll do:
- This role involves clinical and commercial activities, including clinical sign-off and procedural support.
- Achieve sales targets within the geographical area of responsibility to meet planned revenue goals.
- Become knowledgeable in all aspects of TAVI and effectively communicate the benefits of Abbott TAVI technology.
- Provide field support for Abbott\’s TAVI Program.
- Lead or assist with training NHS TAVI Team staff.
- Assist in planning and training for new product launches.
- Maintain expert status and clinical proficiency in product features, design, development, and clinical application.
- Maintain and develop relationships with KOLs, monitor competitor activity and pricing.
- Work collaboratively with the UK organization to implement commercial and marketing strategies.
What you’ll need:
- A degree in a relevant discipline.
- Prior TAVI experience, preferably involving clinical procedures.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology, familiar with cath lab/operating room protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales success and ability to deliver results.
- Strategic thinking and understanding of the bigger picture.
- Initiative and independence in work.
- Team player with high personal involvement and customer commitment.
