We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Community Pharmacist to join a lovely team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily pharmacy operations, providing expert advice, and supporting your team in delivering exceptional service. Your strong clinical knowledge, leadership ability, and focus on customer care will help drive the success and growth of the pharmacy. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage pharmacy operations, ensuring safe and efficient service delivery Provide expert clinical advice and support to patients and customers Manage staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Deliver outstanding customer service and patient care Participate in the development of pharmacy services and community outreach initiatives Schedules : Monday to Friday 0900-18.00 and Saturday 0900-13:00 1 hr break Requirements: Must be a GPhC registered pharmacist with at least 2 years of experience Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a team Excellent communication and active listening skills Strong customer service orientation Problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with colleagues and customers Supportive, adaptable, and proactive approach to pharmacy work Benefits: Competitive salary of £50,000 – £60,000 per annum Full GPhC fees paid Paid holidays Company pension scheme Employee mentoring programme Free flu jabs Free on-site parking Company events and team-building activities If you would like to find out more information on this role, please drop us a call on 07907860549 and Elliot would be more than happy to discuss this further.
