Job Description
We're hiring a Reward Manager (12-Month FTC)
My client a financial services firm are transforming the way they deliver HR and Reward, and their Reward team is at the heart of that journey. We’re looking for a Senior Reward Manager to lead key global reward initiatives and manage a team of Reward Analysts during an exciting period of change.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead the delivery of our pay review and bonus cycles
- Drive job levelling, fair pay and transparency projects
- Support the evolution of our reward strategy and share plans
- Partner with stakeholders across HR, Payroll and the wider business
- Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g. Gender Pay Reporting)
- Bring data insight to reward decisions using tools like Workday and WTW
What we’re looking for:
Experience in FS, FCA regulated environment
Strong experience in reward, including pay reviews and share plans
People management experience
International reward exposure (especially US markets)
Advanced Excel and data modelling skills
Proactive, collaborative, detail-focused
