We\’re looking for a skilled and motivated Preparation Technician to join our dedicated team at our Preparation Centre in Earls Barton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with premium BMW and MINI vehicles, carrying out crucial preparation work that ensures every customer receives the highest quality vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on all new BMW and MINI vehicles
  • Carry out Approved Used Checks (AUC) on all used BMW and MINI stock
  • Complete all necessary documentation and job cards to exact manufacturer standards
  • Conduct servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and quality enhancements on used vehicles
  • Retrofit accessory kits to new and used BMW/MINI vehicles as required
  • Ensure all work is performed to manufacturer specifications and highest standards
  • Maintain a clean, organised working environment in line with company values
  • Communicate effectively with the Preparation Controller to understand job requirements and authorise additional work when necessary

What We\’re Looking For:

  • A qualified and experienced vehicle technician (IMI Level 2/3 or equivalent preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience working with prestige vehicles (BMW/MINI experience an advantage)
