  • Helping implement, run and scale marketing campaigns, quickly, efficiently, commercially, and within compliance rules set internally and externally, documenting processes throughout the business in a highly professional style, that can be reported to institutional investors
  • Maintain documentation and governance structures that satisfy both FCA requirements and institutional investor expectations.
  • Coordinate the execution and evidence of key control functions, attestations, and board-level compliance obligations.
  • Maintain risk & control registers and monitor regulatory horizon scanning.
  • Bring structure and process to campaign execution, onboarding workflows, and data governance.
  • Act as a bridge between compliance and commercial teams — translating regulatory requirements into clear, actionable tasks.
  • Help establish internal operational dashboards and reporting to monitor marketing, risk, and compliance performance.
