About the Role

We’re looking for a confident and experienced HR/ER Advisor to join our team, basedin our Head Office in Cirencester, supporting a high volume of employee relations (ER) cases across the UK.

Potential travel to different locations around the country may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high caseload of ER issues including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance concerns.
  • Act as the first point of contact for ER queries for assigned regions from Area Managers and employees across the UK.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of ER cases using our case management system.
  • Provide expert advice in line with employment law, company policy, and best practice.
  • Support organisational change initiatives such as restructures and TUPE.
  • Coach and upskill managers to handle ER matters confidently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team and contribute to HR projects and strategy.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a high-volume ER advisory role, ideally across multiple locations.
  • Comfortable working independently with remote support.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using HR case management systems is a plus.
