Your Role
- Manage a caseload of individuals, identifying strengths and addressing barriers to employment.
- Develop tailored action plans, helping each person take clear, structured steps towards their career goals.
- Provide expert advice on job searching, CV writing, interview preparation, and workplace integration.
- Support individuals to build confidence and develop skills that will help them sustain employment.
- Foster relationships with local employers to create job opportunities and ensure job retention through ongoing support.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to set SMART goals to track progress effectively.
Due to the nature of this role, you will hold a driving licence and have access to your own vehicle, you will also be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check if successful in the role.
