Were looking for a dedicated Employment Advisor to join a specialist team supporting individuals across the region. Your Role

  • Manage a caseload of individuals, identifying strengths and addressing barriers to employment.
  • Develop tailored action plans, helping each person take clear, structured steps towards their career goals.
  • Provide expert advice on job searching, CV writing, interview preparation, and workplace integration.
  • Support individuals to build confidence and develop skills that will help them sustain employment.
  • Foster relationships with local employers to create job opportunities and ensure job retention through ongoing support.

  • Experience working with job seekers, or transferable skills in career coaching, mentoring, or guidance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • A proactive and empathetic approach to problem-solving and supporting individuals.
  • A genuine passion for helping people overcome challenges and achieve long-term success.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to set SMART goals to track progress effectively.

Due to the nature of this role, you will hold a driving licence and have access to your own vehicle, you will also be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check if successful in the role.
